IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ANYONE TESTING ON CAMPUS: ECPI University staff cannot schedule you for a CompTIA certification exam until your CompTIA customer account has been created.

Effective December 2021—If you don’t already have one, you must create your own CompTIA customer account. (ECPI University staff cannot create an account for you. New testers MUST create their own customer accounts with CompTIA.)

CompTIA’s Single Sign-On (SSO) Account Link:

Please be sure to use an active, valid email address when creating your account. Important information about your exam results and certification status will be sent to the address you use to create your testing account.

Step Five: Scheduling the exam.

Once you’ve made your voucher payment and completed Step Three & (if applicable) Step Four, ECPI University staff will be in touch to assist with scheduling.

ECPI University students and alumni may test in one of three ways.

OPTION 1: Take your test on campus—if your campus offers on-site Pearson VUE testing.
OPTION 2: Use your voucher code to schedule your exam at a nearby off-site Pearson VUE testing site.
OPTION 3: Use your voucher code to test at home using Pearson’s OnVUE testing platform.
